He is flexible and very professional. He helped me understand how to use the app and I have his number and can text as needed if I have any issues. Super sweet guy. “One of my favorite places!!! This store is adorable, cozy and a perfect resting place to grab a hot chocolate or a coffee and sit with friends and family. The music and vibe is perfect. Staff is extremely friendly, light hearted and knowledgeable on their products! The store is clean, and decorated so cutely during the holidays. Lots of cool mugs and shirts and gifts to pick up. My favorite drink besides the Autumn Moon with the moon milk swirl effect, is their Vanilla Chai Tea Latte, mmm, delicious! Love that you are in our downtown Celina!!!”

“This was the second time we have used Chad and IRoof and we will always be loyal customers. Chad is honest, professional, and reliable. He doesn’t try to oversell you or force anything, and he and his crew are prompt, thorough, and very efficient. Chad communicates so well that I rarely have a question, but if something happens to come up, he is extremely quick to answer. We were selling our home and under a deadline, and Chad made sure we were taken care of at the earliest opportunity after the ice storm without putting the quality of the roof in jeopardy. We’ve already got him booked to put gutters on our new home. I would recommend Chad over and over again. There are so many roofing “companies” that pop up overnight when there’s a storm in the area... These guys are local and aren’t going to disappear as quick as they came. They also completed our roof in one day, which was incredible!”

“I recently bought a Peter Lynn Hornet 4.0 from Big Mikes Kites. Could not be happier. I ordered the kite online at 11:00 at night, it was promptly taken to UPS the next business day. I was excited and checking the tracking information a couple of times a day. It did take a couple of extra days to get here, but that was no fault of Big Mike's. We were under a snow emergency in Ohio and UPS was not delivering. My choice to by from Big Mikes was based on a few things. First I was not finding very many places to buy these things, so that narrowed the search. Mostly my decision to buy from Big Mike's was all the reviews on kites done by him and his involvement with the kiting community. I've never talked to him but he definitely help me with my decision. I will be buying my next kite Big Mike's.”
