My husband and I recently purchased our house, and after a big remodeling project, we had the need to update the window treatments. I consulted with at least 3 other companies before meeting with Gotcha Covered, and I was deligthed with the service Laurie provided. She quickly identified the style I wanted to give to my house and easily aligned to my wants and needs for the window treatments. She went above and beyond providing suggestions and options to make sure I was happy with the end product. I couldn't have asked for more. We did a Google search to replace the shades on our French doors. We contacted Gotcha Covered and made an appointment with Greg. He shared different choices of fabric, color and styles. His input was very helpful in the selection made. After installation we were overjoyed with our selection of Gotcha Covered and especially working with Greg. We've had our entire house done with draperies through Gotcha Covered and we love the product, the installation and the customer service. We are now in the process of getting motorized blinds for outside to help with the heat and to give us additional glam. Thanks Greg and your team.
