They were great when I needed help with my nose piercing (a labret works, mine's pierced with an unusually large gauge). The woman working here this time was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She was busy piercing lots of ears, but she continually checked up on me while I browsed and we even shared some funny stories and chit chat with eachother. After seeing a few dresses online that I liked, I went to the Frisco boutique, but the dresses were not at that store location. Melanie Ann told me that she would have someone from the Duncanville boutique bring the dresses to Frisco and would have them there by the time I got off work, as I was leaving the next morning traveling to the Dominican Republic.
