All 4 is the cleanest facility we have been to and they have a ton of new equipment. The coaches are great about giving attention to each student individually and being really supportive. “Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch. I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set. We will definitely be back!”

“My wife and I have been going to NFX for 4 months now. This is our first CrossFit experience ever so we were not sure what to expect. Ryan made it really easy by giving a demo class and then explaining how it all works. He eased us in with a couple of ramp up weeks which made it easy for us to decide without having an initial long term commitment. The experience has been great so far and all the coaches are great. “My son went to a birthday party here awhile back and had a blast. Since he had so much fun at the birthday party we decided to check out their summer camp. First thing he said was I LOVE IT HERE! He plays all different sports and has done sports camps so we wanted to change it up with a gymnastics based camp. He enjoyed all the different exercises, challenges and of course the trampoline. He also worked hard using all the different muscle groups which will help with his sports. Most important he had fun and said he made 7 friends on the first day of camp. The staff was really nice, well organized and did well with all the different age groups. The lobby is clean and spacious allowing you to sit and watch your kiddo comfortably.”

“We visited the Frisco Water Park. Admission is very affordable and the park has lots of water features for the family to enjoy. It does get crowded in the afternoon. Only complaint is the park hours. The open at noon. I wish they opened at 900A so it wouldn't be so blazing hot.Sure it's a water park but morning opening would be really nice. Update 07/01/2022 - water park is still fun and affordable. Strongly suggest you wear water shoes. The concrete is extremely hot and dry. The park does not have water misters for the walk ways.”
