“My husband and I have Sleep Apnea. My husband has been using a CPap machine for over 20 years. I was unable to find a CPap mask to fit so I chose to use a dental appliance instead While searching the web for a provider of the dental appliance I found Dr Osborne’s Sleep Easy office. I called the number and was pleasantly surprised to find out I was talking to Dr Osborne. He listened carefully to my concerns and what I was looking for and he took the time to explain to me the various dental appliances available and what he could provide. I told Dr Osborne we were going out of town for an extended period of time and I needed the appliance soon. He contacted his nurse, Rubin, and set up an appointment for the next day. Rubin met me as scheduled and explained to me in detail what their office could provide. I then scheduled an appointment with Dr Osborne. I convinced my husband to come with me to see if the dental appliance would work for him. To make a long story short, we spent several hours with Dr Osborne. We both had a CT Scan of our heads and we were both measured for a dental appliance. We were offered several different kinds of appliances and advised on what would work for each of us. We accepted Dr Osborne’s advice and chose a different appliance for each of us. Temporary appliances were available within days and in time for our departure on our trip. Upon returning we received our permanent appliances. We had sleep studies done by our pulmonologist with and without the dental appliance. Both of our studies revealed significant improvement with the appliance. My husband after over 20 years is now free of the cumbersome CPap machine. We are thrilled. We are both sleeping better with our appliances. We cannot thank Dr Osborne, Rubin and the entire staff enough for their compassionate care they provided for us. Not only are they experts in their field, their customer service service sets the standard for all to follow. On our long first visit Rubin ran out and brought my husband (a diabetic) lunch. “Nobody likes getting teeth pulled at 35 when they should've gotten them pulled when they were 15...but I have to say that Dr. Stamboulieh and his team did a FANTASTIC job. My procedure was difficult to say the least and he handled it with the utmost professionalism and handled my case with care. I'm not an easy patient and he was very accommodating to all my requests...he even called to make sure I was doing good after the surgery. Even with a few "just checking because I'm not a face doctor" follow up appointments about concerns I had, he was always super nice and professional to walk me through the whole process.
