“We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DX3 for youth looking to improve their agility, strength, and stamina. We live in the Boston area and spend summers in Texas visiting family. 2017 was our 2nd summer at DX3. "Cheese" and his staff are outstanding- dedicated athletes who have turned their passion for sports into helping young people achieve the results they want. The folks at DX3 truly care about young people- their physical and mental/emotional self. My 3 sons began school this Fall with a higher focus and determination that- quite honestly- I don't typically see when they start the school year. When I asked one of them about the change, I was told that "Cheese" impressed on them to strive for excellence in everything that they do- on the field and in the classroom; they should always seek to reach their personal best everyday. So, in addition to my 15 yr old making the HS varsity soccer team; my 13 yr old making the middle school varsity football and soccer teams; and my 11 yr old securing a starting position on an elite hockey team, all three have independently chosen to take advance level classes in school this year- motivated by this idea of personal excellence. Even though I've told them similar things, something about the way Cheese said it, made it click and stick for them and their living it! “I owe Tieperman Health & Wellness my life. On 6/10/17 I became completely unable to walk, stand, sit or lay without severe pain in my lower back. I had shooting zingers. It was debilitating. I was freaking out. Where do I go? What do I do? Is this permanent? It wasn't getting better. After two days, from a referral I called Tieperman Health & Wellness. They had me come in right then. I'm 40 and very active. I was hunched over like an elderly person. My career is all physical, so I was thinking this may mean an end to my life. When I got there, it took several people to help me lay down. They stood my side to ensure I was safe and wouldn't collapse. I was crying by this point and kept crying off an on. They are all so caring, consoling and reassuring that it will be ok. They assured me that they have seen this before and let them assess what is going on before I loose hope. They applied little electric pads, heat, ice and a roller table and then a light adjustment. That eased the pain so I didn't have the shooting zingers constantly and now I could at least think straight. They ordered an x-ray, which I went to right away. In summary, I have degenerative disk disease in L1-L2. I over did it at work and the muscles went into full action of cramping and pulling me to my right. It's 7/28 and I am fully moving again. I received a full diagnoses, treatment plan (with nutrition and physical stretches), a super high quality brace and recommendations on how to change my movements to prevent problems during treatment and my life. I have decompression therapy with adjustments two to three times a week. I drink a lot of water and take supplements. I have also changed my movements at work to prevent compromising my treatment. Guess what?... I actually went for a 10 mile bike ride last week (probably a little much), but I couldn't wait to get exercise again. In addition to my treatment, I appreciate the doctors knowledge of the body, muscles and physiology. I ask a lot of questions and they are very informed. They have a real passion for what they do. I am so grateful for their help. I look forward to a long and active life. In summary, if you are freaking out because you can't move, walk or unable to do something and you want the best care and treatment, go to Tieperman Health & Wellness. I even have my 8 year old going there now once and a while due to my newly found appreciation and respect for my body.”

“I scheduled an appointment on the App with Kevin for my 9yo son. When we arrived, Kevin was ready for us and immediately took my son over to his chair. I had a photo on my phone of the haircut I wanted for my son, Kevin told me the haircut was called an “undercut”. My son’s hair was very long before Kevin cut it, within 30 minutes, Kevin had my son’s hair looking fabulous. He did an excellent job. Initially, my son was not happy about getting his hair cut, but once he saw the amazing job Kevin did, he was happy with his new look. The store was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a lot of seating for waiting guests. I paid $16.50 for a Kids haircut, and it was worth every penny. I definitely recommend this Supercuts. I also highly recommend Kevin. He was friendly, professional, worked fast, and gave an excellent haircut. We will return again.”
