“I’ve been to Scott twice for a haircut and Brazilian Blowout so far and the results have been life changing. I have naturally curly/kinky hair and the results were better than I could have ever imagined. The BB has really loosened the curl making my hair much more manageable. I can style my hair in 5 minutes whereas before it would take me hours to straighten it. Also I love the hair products he recommended especially the hair oil. It makes my hair soft and shiny. “I called the Frisco office on Preston Road today, December 8, 2021, because I was looking for a car wash location that I had previously used after renting a car through Avis. I had the good fortune to speak to the owner, Heinrich. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to rent a car but for directions to a car wash I believed was near his office. While speaking to him I lost the connection. Ten minutes later, he called me back to provide directions and make suggestions. I was very impressed because I had already explained to him that I wasn't looking for his business but another one. He was so gracious and patient in providing help and time to a stranger which did not involve his business interest that, to me anyway, it said a lot about his character. I was truly impressed with Heinrich's helpfulness and customer service and felt it was necessary to let everyone else no what good service is if they have never experienced it.
