“I was so excited to hear that Dr. Nguyen was practicing in Mckinney at a location that also accepts CHIP/Medicaid. We followed him from Comfort Dental in Frisco since 1) he's such an amazing dentist, and 2) this location is literally across the street from our neighborhood. I can't say enough about Dr. Nguyen. He's wonderful with kids (Clarissa is wonderful too!!!), knowledgeable all around, and great at what he does. I was equally happy to come to a new office with an amazing staff. Friendly, helpful and personable. My kids love coming here, not just for the TV's in the exam rooms, but because everyone is so kind and friendly.”

“If you're like me, going to the dentist is a most dreaded experience. Waiting, attitude and pain. I finally found a dentist that makes for a much more pleasant experience. Dr. Perry's practice is the best that I've experienced. They don't keep you waiting endlessly and are great about taking you at your scheduled time. The people in the office are super pleasant - front desk, assistants, and Dr Perry herself. The other huge difference is that Dr. Perry treats her patients with respect. I've been to other dentists where they treat you as guilty for not taking better care of your mouth...like being back in school. Or, they rattle off a bunch of procedures that you need to have done without any explanation. Dr. Perry will spend as much time with you and actually explain why each procedure is necessary and whats going on in your mouth. She's also not high pressure, and doesn't say that you need to do everything immediately or your teeth will all fall out.”

“I've been working with Packard Family Orthodontics for years, and I can't imagine a more welcoming, accommodating and genuine staff. I have always been tense in situations where people mess with my teeth, but the staff who helped me through my orthodontia journey and applied/adjusted/removed anything on my teeth were extremely helpful in making the experience as comfortable for me as it could be. Packard is also very open and happy to explain the pros and cons of different treatment options, as well as how orthodontic techniques/tools work. These people are not trying to trick you out of your money, or torture your teeth, ,they really want what's best for your health and confidence, and it shows in everything they do.”

He was highly rated. So when his civilian PCP recommended him and his VA PC doctor recommended him, I was convinced we’d found THE ONE!!! He’s young, well, what I could see of his face😂, very informative, very patient, very thorough, and extremely kind. I was in love❤️😂. I think he’s a keeper. I highly recommended him.”
