“Nationwide has been my insurance carrier for several years. Over the years, I’ve had policies with all the major carriers, but Shelia and her team make it more than just getting coverage. When I first met with Shelia, we reviewed my coverage and she showed me the exposures in my current policy and the cost to cover those gaps. She never asked what I was paying for my current policy and didn’t push coverage to increase the cost, but to limit my exposure. I found the expense to cover certain risk was worth paying the extra premium and I felt the risk was minimal on a couple of items, so I decided not to cover them. In the past 5 years, I’ve submitted at least four claims on both home and auto and received impeccable customer service from Nationwide. “Yesterday I was out to lunch with some coworkers. When I got out to the parking lot. I noticed my Passenger side tire was flat. Next to where I was eating was their shop. So I drove over to the shop very slowly. They filled it up with air and asked if I wanted to have the tire inspected. With the rain pouring down, I quickly agreed. Took about 20 minutes but they had found the problem and fixed it. A screw in tire and luckily they were able to patch it up and didn’t have to buy a new tire. Very professional and friendly.”

He also covered several concerns patients might have. My previous sleep office disappeared suddenly along with all my records. I like knowing and feeling secure that Dallas Sleep will be here for a long time in the future. Dallas Sleep coordinates between their office, my insurance and informs me of any co-pay charges before my appointment, so there is no misunderstandings when I arrive. I have a very complicated dental situation because much of my 25 year old and more recent dental work (crowns, buildups) and teeth in general are failing. I first went there for a root canal. I later had a consultation with Dr. Barrett. He went over my X-rays and spoke to me at length about my dental situation, gave me options and steps on how to get from where I was to having a long term solution. Dr. Barrett genuinely cares about the patient and goes above and beyond to restore your teeth. Seriously. “Having cracks in you pelvis can limit or stop a person from walking without a walker or cane. I had several pelvic fractures involving breaks in more than one of the bones and couldn't walk. Physical therapy at BS&W Rehab at Eldorado and Hardin in McKinney is really helping me. It is non-stop therapy for one hour two days a week that helps you develop the strength you need. I am walking by myself now. Mark Kendall, my PT, is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend for physical therapy.”
