What a treasure she is. Super professional but also super humbler at the same time. The facial done by Stephanie was superior. My face was glowing after her treatment. The relaxing massage done by Orlando was awesome. It made me fall asleep. Then I got a hair treatment and finished off for a wonderful pedicure done by Monica herself. “I don't know where the negative reviews came from but this place saved my nokio life who is a 2lb maltese who i found out had a liver shunt all of a sudden he was not able to pee he was moaning in pain. The vet helped eliminate the issue without it being a money grab and because of that i will continue to take take all my dogs there. She is a true veterinary who is focused on the care of pets not your money, if your baby is sick, don't hesitate because I almost turned away because of the negative reviews I seen and i genuinely believe nokio would have died my poor baby”

“I had my first prenatal adjustment today with Dr. Harris. She was so kind, funny, yet informative and knowledgeable. I have been to a few chiropractors before and they normally rush through the questions and adjustment but Dr Harris dived deep into my history and addressed all my questions/ concerns. “My mom chose Emeritus over 4 others we visited in 2014. It was VERY well run then, approximately 8 yrs ago as the other reviews stated during that time. Then sold to Brookdale (Stonebridge Dr)and went downhill very fast from the standpoint of an investment NOT to the care of its residents. Therefore, eliminated staff right off and continued to go downhill therefore along with my mother’s health. After a hospital stay, was changed to Baybrooke( on Eldorado )not far from Brookdale and difference was night and day. More updated. Plenty of staff, layout very workable not so limited like Brookdale , room designated for physical fitness. Choices in room designs. Two connecting dining rooms. Wonderful daily menu. Choices and courses offered in special dining room at the table for those needing some assisting. Offered entertainment in main lobby on occasions. Medicare was accepted at Baybrooke, but not at Emeritus or after with Brookdale. In the evenings, if my mom was not sleeping well, attendants would come and take her to spacious open sitting area close to their station to watch TV or just to be near them. It began to be company for both! After many issues with Brookdale, I can vouch for the care at Baybrooke ,as I had a camera placed in her room and access 24/7. Due to facility closeness able to also visit often and at any time, which I did. She was very pleased with Baybrooke and so lucky to have had a wonderful roommate and friend, Marfa.”
