Although there aren't a lot of trees around each RV, there is a tall row of trees on the west side that the sun dips behind in late afternoon. Another plus is that the park is small and Chris is an awesome manager. He's kind, dependable, and available to his residents.”

It's not right on the highway so you don't have to deal with the traffic she's in the process of putting up fences and stuff around all the individual Lots it's quiet and just so peaceful me and my old man live here all the time it is just so wonderful. “RV Villas on Lake Lavon is locally family owned RV Park. I had the honors being one of the first residence staying at RV Villas really miss not being there. With new job had to move away. The Craftmanship went into this RV Park is something you never seen before, trust me its first class. Each RV spot has painted six foot painted wood and power coated iron ornament fence. front entry is iron ornament well crafted first class door that you can lock by key. They provide you with wireless door bell. Storage building 4x5x6 with large door to lock. Irrigation system for grass and oak tree they had installed. Out front every resident has mail box with different animated covers. I was getting UPS deliveries they knew my address by number on front gate. The lawn maintenance is provided by the owners. I have to add their enclosed green belt fenced in made by Iron ornament & wood fence. Great place to meet and greet new neighbors when walking your pets.”

“Talking about this RV park, we are so blessed to find such a place where you have privacy and few seconds walking distance to the lake. I love our place as we got married here and had our first child here as well. It's our lucky place. Coming to landlords mark and rose, I have never ever seen such a humble people. They were part of our every event. They wished us on wedding, our baby and my graduation ( such an amazing thing that they remember all that and go lions 🦁✌😊)and gifted us baby stuff. It shows how much important are their tenants to them. Rent is pretty affordable for the services they provided. Its awsome and we love to stay here.
