“Nice. Clean. Friendly staff. Upgraded my room cause they are good folks. The breakfast was good. My Wife didn't care for it, but I ate Army food for years so I thought it was good. I will stay here again!”

“My wife whom is a Behavior Analyst as well as a Special Education Teacher and myself, a behavior technician are involved in helping the special needs community in many aspects. We saw a need for basic fitness in this growing population of individuals. As advocates for Applied Behavior Analysis, and after careful research of the best training that integrated the methodologies we decided on Eric Chessen and his program called Autism Fitness. We watched his videos and spoke with him at length about Autism Fitness. We decided it had validated research behind his methods. I flew from Florida to Connecticut to attend his program in September of 2017. His program is amazingly simple to help individuals and provide them with an exercise program that is presented in a manner that behavior analytical methods are used to reinforce the exercise behaviors needed and that can be adjusted to meet their needs. His program can be tailored to fit anyone, to include developmentally delayed, autistic, geriatric, or at any level of fitness. He has the knowledge, skills, education and experience to ensure that exercising is done in manner that is helping not compounding the problems. You can’t just say “I didn’t know I was doing it wrong, I thought it would help” is not an acceptable answer for this specialized population. It is a must to be trained appropriately and understand the basic principles of his program. It is a must to sign up for his course even as a parent, and learn the right way to help create a fitness program for lifelong success.”
