“This shop is the best! We even drove from Houston to Plano just to get fitted for our skates and camped there for a few days to get lessons with the owner Fritz! We found Fritz’s shop because they are the only distributor for Powerslide skates. We wanted the best skates we could find to really learn since we intended on taking this seriously (my wife had cheaper skates and they always hurt her - not anymore!) These skates are a dream. Fritz and his shop are super professional and are willing to answer all of your questions. My wife and I wanted to take up a new activity since we’re active and like to travel so this has been perfect. We met his other staff and they were all very hospitable. “I grew up with donuts from here and I really like the balance of not too sweet and the right texture etc. Also the free donut holes is always nice. But I did feel like the customer service could be a bit more friendly. The donuts are great but if I'm treated more friendly somewhere else then I will go somewhere else.”

Personally I am a huge fan of their candle we have the Coffee Cake + Spice. We are about to buy the DIY bath bomb kit for a date night! The best part is without a doubt the customer service. Always the best time even going in to buy stuff. I look forward to always going back.”

“The girl behind the counter (I'm assuming she's the owner) was so sweet and helpful. It's such a cute shop. Great paint selection too. My husband was very impressed there was a small nook with goodies for men/man caves. He looked it over very thoroughly while we talked about paint and kids. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area and like cute things or are into restoring/refinishing/updating furniture. Great store for all of the above.”

“Came in to sell an old police revolver. Unfortunately, it's so venerable that the serial number is long gone, so they couldn't purchase it. The man behind the counter was very nice and apologetic about it, and went out of his way to see if the number had been hidden under the grips. Even though I didn't get to sell the gun, he was very friendly. We talked guns for a minute then I went on my way. They also had a good selection of pawnshop type products, I had a look around before I left.”

“We started using all safe pest and termite about three years ago. We had a quick internal spray and some outdoor traps I’ve sort that were buried under the soil and came up flush with the ground at the opening. I honestly have to say that this is the longest period of time that I have gone without even seeing any kind of insect ever in this location which my family has and for 40 years in Plano. Wonderful and easy maintenance so absolutely no complaints. Terrific staff as well and very flexible.”
