She's extremely friendly (even remembered I'm a meteorologist which is impressive given it's been two years) and very knowledgeable. Won't hesitate to go back and would recommend her to anyone. Additionally, Esperanza is a wonderful assistant. She's thorough and made me laugh several times, which is helpful for somebody like me who is always slightly nervous at the doctor's office. Everyone else in the office was quite pleasant and very punctual as well. Have no problem making the drive to Plano to see them.”

“He's awesome! I usually have to wait a bit, but the waiting rooms is so nice and clean I don't mind. He almost always has something interesting on the tv to watch while I wait. He is very careful and thorough, making sure you were okay. I also don't mind driving from south Irving; that's how great he is. Last time I was in, he noticed my beats per minute were twice as high as normal, and seemed genuinely concerned for my safety. I recommend him!!”

“I had a heart attack in 2017 and don't recommend that to be the event were you select your cardiologist but that's how I met Dr. Philip Morales at Baylor Heart in Plano. I am sure God was watching over me as he is exceptional. I had to have a stent installed and he will be my cardioligist for the rest of my life. The procedure involved my wrist entry point so no painful groin entry recovery required. I couldn't be happier with his patient demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions with no rush. Everyone should consider having a cardiologist checkup after age 50 or sooner if they have symptoms. And if you are considering a cardioligist, I strongly recommend a consult with Dr. Morales and know you will be in good hands.”

“Debra and Dr. Malik are wonderful and their staff are excellent. Paperwork was a breeze because they offer it online via a patient portal. Wait time in the lobby was under 10 minutes. The Medical Assistant was pleasant and explained how the visit would go. Debra was attentive and supportive and compassionate. Their procedure schedule, Michelle, is SO sweet and quick. By the time Debra ordered my scopes, Michelle already had contacted my insurance and gotten everything approved and knew how much I needed to pay their facility and the endoscopy center. They were very clear with directions, and I was highly impressed with their level of communication.”
