“FANTASTIC experience! Mr. Otis was extremely kind, patient, and very accommodating to all our requests throughout the process of purchasing our Model B. We visited the showroom outside of store hours multiple times due to our schedule and he was very accommodating of that request. He was available to answer questions at any hour. He was present and thorough and actively engaged with us when we needed him and also took a step back and allowed us to experience the pianos at leisure. We were so delighted with our experience and couldn’t have asked for anything more!”

“Their GameStop is huuuuuuge and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I know some GameStop staff tend to have a weird ego and pretend your tastes and knowledge is inferior; not here. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Right, so the size of this place matters because they carry more collectibles and swag when compared to other GameStop. During Covid-19, a lot of the floor is empty, but I still found a rare Transformers figure here. After 1 visit, this location became my favorite GameStop even though it's the 3rd closest one to me.”
