“Weirs Furniture has always been a preferred furniture retailer for me. While most of their selection is a little less contemporary than others, I'm a big fan of their American made products, cozy showrooms and beautiful, quality options. I love supporting a Texas company as well. My husband and I have been shopping for furniture for our new home for a couple of months and visit the Plano and Farmers Branch store once a week to see what new arrivals they may have. The outlet section is a fun treasure hunt, too. We have found that during the Covid season, decent customer service is hard to come by, which is understandable considering the stress associates are under, but we have been given the most attentive, friendliest service by both stores and especially Plano. It was a pleasure to work with Mary from whom we finally bought our sofa. Their return policy can't be beat (30 days with additional deliver costs). The sofa we chose took on a totally different color in our living room than it had in the store so we requested a return and pickup. They obliged with no questions. We actually changed our mind again and decided to work around the color and keep it. I was so embarrassed over it all but the customer service reps on the phone as well as Mary were very kind and understanding. During times like these, personal experiences like this are invaluable.
