“The guys at Kwik Kar will take good care of you! I went in mid-week with some issues that they didn’t have time to tackle (it was an hour to closing), but Brian put air in my tires for free and arranged for me to bring the car back in. They made time on a busy Saturday to take care of the big issues - my A/C, which had blown a fuse, my glitching stereo, and they also replaced a blinker light and my front brake pads, and checked a few other elements, all in about an hour and for an amazing price! They made me feel heard and important, they were honest, and they were efficient. Mike and Brian personally took interest in my car’s needs and made sure they were all addressed. Plus, the location is great and the waiting room is super clean and felt safe and socially distanced. Very happy to have found a place I can trust to bring my car every time in the future!”

She's extremely friendly (even remembered I'm a meteorologist which is impressive given it's been two years) and very knowledgeable. Won't hesitate to go back and would recommend her to anyone. Additionally, Esperanza is a wonderful assistant. She's thorough and made me laugh several times, which is helpful for somebody like me who is always slightly nervous at the doctor's office. Everyone else in the office was quite pleasant and very punctual as well. Have no problem making the drive to Plano to see them.”

I have very thin eyebrows and my daughter has very thick eyebrows. Both ladies knew what they were doing and our eyebrows turned out great. My pedicurist had that mix of gentle and rough. He is very careful and thorough, making sure you were okay. I also don't mind driving from south Irving; that's how great he is.
