“I have never had a mechanic go to the extent that Darrel did to fix my truck. He worked for several hours researching to locate the issue and fixed my truck. He replaced my water pump and when my truck was still overheating, he checked my thermostat (my brand new, just purchased), and even went to the trouble of testing it to discover it was a bad one. He drove to the auto supply and picked up a new one since this was late into the evening past their delivery times. He worked on my truck altogether for well over three hours and didn't even charge me for the additional labor, especially when the problem was not with anything he had repaired. I am blown away by this guy. He's honest, kind, dang good at what he does and knows his stuff. You can bet I'll be using him both personally and with my company vehicles. I highly recommend him. After looking at all possible issues, Pablo told me to call the dealership because my transmission control model might need to be reprogrammed. He was spot on! Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.”

“We have been taking our RX350 to Davenport for a few years now. Last week it was time for the 110,000 mile service. They said it would take approximately 2 hours to do the service plus work on the front brakes. I waited as they worked on the car and in exactly 2 hours it was done, washed and ready to go. The service is typically less expensive than it would be at the Lexus dealership. We have always been happy with their work and their location is much more convenient than the dealership.”
