“Three months ago I was an engineer in Illinois that received the job offer of a lifetime. However, I did not know where I was going to live and I have lived in Illinois my whole life. After doing a couple of weeks of research I stumbled upon Windsor communities and Windsor Metro West and I was prompted to contact Holly to get information. To sum up the apartment search process I will say that Holly assisted me at every step from selecting an apartment to getting all of the paperwork for approval it was a very seamless process because Holly was transparent and gracious with someone not able to visit and have an apartment showing. She sent me various videos of the apartments and gave me advice on what will work best. Numerous long calls and emails directed me to the right places to get my utilities set up from states away. At this stage I was preparing to move in Holly informed me that she will not be in the office and that she will pass my information along to Taylor. Taylor was very courteous to call me a couple of days before moving in and make sure that I had everything set for my move-in day. Upon arrival on the day of move-in, Taylor gave me a crash course on Windsor Metro West and gave me a very thorough tour, and pacified me with all of the answers to my incessant questions. Note I was extremely nervous just because I was new to Texas. She also informed me about the social community of Windsor Metro West and all of the things that you can do to make friends. I already know that I’m going to enjoy my stay at Windsor Metro West just because there are a lot of resources and also a lot of other young professionals in my building.”

“I've been a resident here for almost a year..... I honestly like it here. The neighbors are friendly, you can actually see kids playing outside, the location is great! No place is perfect..... Yes the units may have things that need to be repaired over the course of the lease agreement, but let's be honest, so does everything overtime...... Management isn't the friendliest (my personal opinion based on our interactions) but I also empathize with manager because she is human... She is responsible for everything that takes place on this property. So because of that, I try to be more understanding. In no way am I saying that her attitude is okay, but what I am saying is she's human and deals with a lot, just like everyone else. All of that to say, the property is fine. Not perfect, but safe, clean, quiet, and a good place to call home. I can't say that you will be received with loving arms every time you go in the office, but I can say that maintenance does a great job, and the manager does (in my experience) make sure issues are resolved. Her attitude isn't a factor for me because I dont live in the office... And she does get the job done.”

“I have been here for 15 months and have really enjoyed it! What really makes the place is the staff. The management team of Amber, Aimee, James, and all of the leasing agents both past (Anita and Lela) and current: Karen and Jeannea are wonderful. They have treated me and my little dog, Max, incredibly well and I'm very grateful. The complex really feels like a community, with frequent events: Breakfast at the Bridge, popsicles on hot Saturdays, popcorn on Fridays, movie nights. The Valet Living fee is not optional, but does provide a lot: in-home package delivery, common area cleaning, trash pickup outside your door Sun-Thu, and there was even a gift-wrapping event last Christmas! Additionally, there are 2 workout classes - although I've never been haha The apartments themselves have great finishes, with stone islands, stainless appliances, and great lighting fixtures. Best of all, since I work from home, management has been amazing about setting up a culture where neighbors don't bother neighbors with loud music, etc. It's nice and quiet and I love it! The gym is excellent, and there is a separate yoga studio as well. The pool has two electric grills, and there are two more electric grills in a courtyard with a fireplace and a putting green, there's a pool table, foosball, and a Starbucks machine - great amenities! It's a great place to live :)”
