“Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank!
