“My son has been playing the piano since he was in kindergarten and stopped after five years as he was getting bored of the strict regiment of playing classical music under a traditional teacher. Thus, I went hunting for a piano teacher who could be flexible in her teaching, make playing piano fun and most importantly inspire the student. Kym and the Simply Music Program totally nailed it! She is very patient, has many fun ideas on how to make a music piece sound more interesting and listen to what the child wants in his music. She is able to bring back the love that my son has in piano and I don’t even need to nag him or remind him to practice anymore. Now, he is the one who keeps telling me I have to continue his piano lessons with Kym even though she is not in the same state as us anymore. We are very fortunate to have her in our son’s musical journey!”

“Magnificent school that despite being new with just its 2nd year of operations, focused on the virtues and values that are very necessary for this generation, additionally they provide an excellent preparation curriculum, they are very demanding, there are sports and educational clubs 👌🏻 we feel that we have our children in a private school. My children are super happy to attend every day and we are delighted to belong to this great and beautiful FCA family. It is new and still has many things to offer and I know that Mrs. Brown and her wonderful team always look out for the well-being of our children. “I recently had my daughters 7th birthday party here with the “adopt a puppy party” theme and the kids had so much fun! My daughter loves art and dogs so this party was perfect for her! They all loved making their puppy houses, food, leashes, etc for their puppy. They had a blast and they do a great job at keeping the kids engaged! We would highly recommend having a birthday here or coming for art camps, classes, etc. Thank you for making my daughters birthday special.”

“Our three children attend Kids R Kids Prosper in different capacities. Our oldest is 7 years old and attends the summer camps and occasional after-school care. He loves it so much that he begs me to send him there versus other after-school options. He gets tons of physical activity and gets along great with Mr. Paul. My younger children are 22 months and 5 years old. My 5 year old adores his teachers in Suite 550. He is fully prepared for Kindergarten. He can already read short books and knows numbers all the way to 100. My 22 month old is very well loved in Suite 250. She's learning so much, gets great meals, and always takes 90-120 min naps. This is a testament to the calmness of the room during naptime. We have experienced nothing but care and respect from the staff (from the front desk to the cafe to the classroom teachers). If there has ever been issues, they address me directly and are more than happy to discuss my concerns as well. Thank you, Kids R Kids”

“The house I've rented for over three years was sold by the owner and Trek took over management of the property about three months ago. The heating is connected to the house, a couple of floor furnaces, which one went out last month, I was instructed to put in a maintenance request for it which took two weeks for them to respond to. After they delayed coming out when the guy came to relight the pilot and was prompt about it, he also left the cover off where the flame can be seen, inside the bottom of the heater itself instead of reattaching it. April from the office later sent a text to let me know I owed 110 dollars for him coming out to light the pilot. I asked for clarification and a receipt since that was an unexpected expense. Got no response. I had another issue arise and a gentleman from the office contacted me and heard my concerns and anxiety about the past situation, which I really appreciate. I thanked him for taking the time and willing to listen. I am hopeful they continue to reach out and listen to their tenants in such a manner and continue to make improvements within the community they service.”

“I have 2 children in attendance and nothing but high praise. The teachers and staff are attentive to my kids’ needs and mine as well. They are proactively trying to make improvements and it shows. There is an opportunity in information distribution (it could be a little more in advance) but some of that is due to pandemic uncertainty. LOVE this place, and more importantly, so do my kids.”
