“Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, honest, detail oriented. Needed new brakes and when I went in they told me I needed new rotors. Before they did anything they took me to my car, showed me exactly what my rotors looked like and then discussed and negotiated a price with me. My bf was paying so I called him and they gladly talked to him over the phone and explained to him what was going on. After they took me back outside and had me take pictures of the old and new rotors to show my bf so he knew why he was paying for rotors rather than rotors and breaks. They answered all my questions, were fast, and patient with me. Every customer in there with me was also shown what was going on with their cars before they worked on their vehicles so there wasn't any miscommunication, room for error, or unnecessary expenses. Hands down best shop I've been to in a really long time. I'm so very appreciative and will definitely be going back to them for all future maintenance or repairs. Randall is awesome. There is two more gentleman that were also fantastic there but I didn't catch there names. Make sure to stop in for their services. You won't regret it!!”

“Great little auto repair shop. I do most of my own repairs, so only pay someone to work on my car infrequently, if I don't have time or the job is too big or requires special tools, etc. But it's great to have someone you can trust when you do need repairs. I recently had some AC issues. I couldn't figure out the problem and finally had to call in a pro, so I brought my car to Bruce. He got me in pretty quickly and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, even though I wasn't in a hurry to get my car back. (I did need the air conditioning fixed, however, cuz you know, it's Texas). It ended up being a pretty simple fix, but it was an intermittent problem, which makes it VERY tough to diagnose. Bruce is an honest and trustworthy guy, so he only charged me for his time, which was super reasonable. This is exactly the type of problem that many less scrupulous auto repair shops could fleece you for. No worries here that Grease Monkey will sell you some unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. If you need a reliable mechanic, give them a call. It's a bit hidden, but the owner does most of his business from personal referrals, so he's not worried about being hard to find. He's by appointment only, so call first.”

“Yesterday I was out to lunch with some coworkers. When I got out to the parking lot. I noticed my Passenger side tire was flat. Next to where I was eating was their shop. So I drove over to the shop very slowly. They filled it up with air and asked if I wanted to have the tire inspected. With the rain pouring down, I quickly agreed. Took about 20 minutes but they had found the problem and fixed it. A screw in tire and luckily they were able to patch it up and didn’t have to buy a new tire. Very professional and friendly.”
