“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Golden Rule auto in Wylie! (12/22/22) Yesterday when the temperature was dropping in north Texas down to 10° - I suddenly realized I needed to get my car winterized. (battery check, antifreeze, and tires) This place had good reviews, but I did not have an appointment and I just swung by to see if they could fit me in…at 4pm. The team that works here are so compassionate and thoughtful. They squeezed me in because they did not want to see a fellow human’s car disabled from the cold. They checked everything I asked and found a couple extra things to discuss with me as future concerns. (These future concerns were quoted as prices and times but no pressure was exerted. It was merely informational.) No high pressure sales tactics, just made sure my car would be functional through very cold weather. And the price I paid was significantly less than I anticipated. This group are more than coworkers, they seem like a great bunch of friends and family. I got to chitchat with the guys in the office about music and dogs. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else at this point.”

“I must have got lucky, based on all of the reviews. Had a bad experience at the Walmart Auto in Prosper, so came to McKinney, but reviews are worse here. Just needed one tire installed and balanced. Was told 11AM was best time to come in when they have the most staff and lease customers. They took me right in and I did some shopping and was out before the hour. Did the job correctly at a fair price. Customer service was very good. Made my day.”

He explained everything to me specifically to my car. He itemized every cost for me from the emblems to each piece they’ll chrome delete like trims around car. He worked with me on my budget. He answered everything from how it’s done and what materials are being used. He definitely did not try to sell me on any extra services which I truly appreciate. I asked about other services that I wasn’t sure if they offered like window tinting and rims blacked out. They do offer these services too! It’s a shop with a lot of services in one! Adam is very responsive. They are very patient as well, I started my inquiry back in April/May and didn’t really book something on their calendars until July/August. They are normally booking out a month out in advance. They are truly authentic licensed car fanatic guys that honestly want the best for the customer. They truly know and have a passion for cars! I came across fortune wraps on Yelp and they were well recognized there as well. Now I know why and hope to come back in the future. I highly recommend them to my friends now. “Took my f150 in for transmission work. Worked with Heath and he was up front and transparent the entire time, no hidden fees or surprises. Around holidays, with two kids, and on fixed income (I have one leg/amputee) they were very understanding and worked everything out so I could get my vehicle fixed. Without the willingness to be flexible I wouldn’t have a truck to get my kids from school, help my elderly father, or go anywhere to help my wife with errands.
