“I was blown away by the hospitality of this young man on a busy Friday night. We ordered a variety of items for our family of three. They gave us our drinks at the window and had us pull ahead to wait. They asked us beforehand about any sauces, and we informed them which ones we wanted. After waiting a few short minutes, we received our food, naturally we check out bag for sauces and did not see them. Before I had any time to react, the same young man from the drive thru is at the window with our sauces. He made a separate trip just to bring us our sauces. The fact that he had remembered AND cared enough about the customer’s happiness to take a trip back inside in the rain to bring our sauces blows me away. What a wonderful employee. Hopefully he receives the recognition and opportunities he deserves.”
