“The nursing and medical staff at this location are lovely in every way, but I had a couple problems on the admin side. It was difficult to jump through all the hoops to get an appointment. The central office said they couldn't schedule my appointment due to not having a copy of the office notes from my doctor. My doctor's office insisted they had been sent 2 days prior. I call Paragon back and they admit they have the notes and can schedule me without ever apologizing for the error. They say they can't schedule my appointment without locking in a patient out of pocket price. They were very helpful in referring me to a co-pay assistance program, but then quoted me a price $100 less than what I was asked to pay at my first appointment. Billing tried to tell me that maybe my deductible changed mid-month? My second appointment was after the snow and the sidewalk into the location was a solid sheet of ice - no effort had been made to clear it at all. This seemed like asking for a lawsuit considering many of the patients here are medically vulnerable. The nurses and medical professionals I interacted with were compassionate, competent, personable, and very helpful. The inside of the facility is clean. The recliners are very comfortable and there are snacks available. I definitely had a comfortable experience receiving medical care here.”

It took me a while to make up my mind because I had been hurt in the past so I explained that to the doctor. He told me the injection wouldn't hurt. I told him he was lying. After that little argument (which really wasn't), he gave me the injection with some freezing stuff and it did not hurt! I was so happy and the foot did get better. I recommend Dr.Mitchell Williams whole heartedly for any foot pronlem! He moved to another office since I saw him last and I just found him on Google thank goodness. I trust his diagnosis and his treatment.”
