In just 5 months I have seen results I didn’t think I would see. The workouts consist of HIIT training that combines muscle confusion all while having maximum energy that the coaches give off. The music is always on point, and the beautiful thing about it is that it’s for ALL fitness levels. The coaches are there to provide modifications if necessary and push you if they know you can go harder. Just try one of Jays classes and you will see what I mean! I highly recommend FIT and all of its great trainers to anyone who is truly committed to their overall health and well-being! You don’t know what you are missing until you have a trainer like Rodney! Since joining FIT, I personally have increased my core strength, improved my posture, built muscle mass, lost nearly all the weight I’ve needed to loose, and reduced by 90 percent the aches and pains associated with the physical and metabolic inflammation common with poor diet and lack of functional exercise. Instead of just going into the gym to “lift weights” or “do cardio”, my training sessions are dynamic and challenging, taking into account core strength and proper nutrition for optimal performance. These sessions also promote longevity activities that balance cardio/strength workouts, clean eating, and stretching / postural activities. I can’t imagine not going to FIT any longer and actually look forward to my 30-45 min. sessions. Will, the owner is extremely dedicated to operating a great training facility. The atmosphere is warm an very friendly. The training staff are all top notch, dedicated to their client’s goals and success. The facility is clean and the equipment is great for functional fitness. This makes coming into the facility to train way more than a gym.”

“Top notch from top to bottom. My wife got a stomach bug and needed fluids and zofran. It was 505 when I called and they close at 6:00. I explain that I have a 2-year-old and that the soonest I could get there would be 5:30. Awesome Rhonda called another nurse to see if she could stay after the on duty had to leave, which they happily agreed to. We arrive and they could not be nicer and more helpful to my wife and toddler. We came to find out that the nurse they called to help out was none other than the owners. They dropped what they were doing to come help me and my wife and did it so graciously. Thank you all so very much! Y'all have my business for life!”

The Front Office Staff Candace and Office Mgr Michelle are so sweet and helpful. They are so kind. Kylie, the Dental Hygienist we had is so gentle, friendly, and very knowledgeable. KJ the Dentist’s Assistant is absolutely wonderful! She is good with kids and people who are nervous about procedures like myself and definitely lightens the room and the mood. The Dentist is wonderful! He is gentle, kind, and will make you feel at ease. He answers questions and makes time for all his patients. He ensures you are not in pain and wants you to be comfortable. On top of the great service they squeezed me in last minute after my cleaning to fix cavities they found. What a wonderful experience.”
