I've never been a person to sign up for personal trying but after speaking with the Fitness Manager KRISTA and being introduced to the personal training staff I decided to buy some personal training sessions. I got to train with several coaches like BEN, SHARALEE and even the Manager KRISTA and they all brought new perspectives and techniques to my Fitness goals. I've been training for an endurance and fitness competition and with their experience and help, I was able to achieve my goals. I'm very happy with the training and knowledge I learned from each trainer. I also signed up for their new Fitness Hit classes they have weekly and it's been a big change in my overall physical performance and health. “We were there on a busy Friday afternoon. We did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. We saw multiple people walk-in without appointments and be helped while we were there. I enjoyed the vibe, but anyone with sensory issues would find this place horrible. - There is music playing (louder than "background" music) and posters all over. My 16 yo sons haircut turned out great. We talked to the technician and asked what she thought would look best on his face and what was in style and she explained what she thought very well and then did a great job of doing exactly that. He was thrilled and feels like he found his new look. We'll be back!”

“I have been getting a bald fade for years now and I have tried plenty of barbers over the years. From Floyd’s 99 to hole in the wall shops they all performed the same cut differently. With that being said, the level of consistency of Ali’s work is top tier! After about three visits he doesn’t need to ask what I want he just knows! I trust this man so much I ask his opinion for my own head. His shop is private so it’s just you and him with a big screen and some music. He gets to know not only your hair and preferences but also you as a person. He is now our family’s barber and I recommend him to everyone. Best in North Texas by far!”

Dr. Bietsch and his wife took SUCH great care of our daughter on that first evaluation and have been so wonderful on every subsequent appointment. I fully prepared myself for the worst by watching videos and trying to think of all the scary things and how to coach my daughter through it - but in reality, it was a 30 minute appointment to get an expander in and teach me how to turn it and she felt ZERO pain!
