“Came in for the first time on Thursday after finding other area shops with an hour plus wait. Roosters fit me in and got me situated in 10 min. Anthony was my barber. He is truly a master as his card says. Was detailed and made sure everything was perfect. The haircut was so awesome that not only did my wife complement the haircut but even my teenage kids took time to notice. So glad I came in and can't wait to come back and see Anthony again. “I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Firstly, Dr. Mech has been so understanding, helpful and considerate. He listens to my experience , listened to my suggestions and if I don’t like a medication he never tells me to keep trying it and wait it out like other doctors. His assistant Adriana is a dream. She gave me her personal number so I could have a direct line to her and doctor mech to resolve issues. When multiple pharmacies would not fill my prescription he personally said called them and has been working tirelessly to resolve my issue.”

“Dr. Uddin is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I’ve been with him for over a year and he’s by far the most accessible, no nonsense, straightforward Dr. He doesn’t rush you with appointments, frequently checks in to make sure everything is going well, and most importantly you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and it’s not a monetary thing for him. I wish all Dr’s were like him honestly. I for one also have a very volatile schedule that is NOT easy to accommodate and for a year straight not one time has he not been able to see me when I need seen. And his assistant Lois is incredible and responds super quick!!!!!”

“I was coming back to update & increase my previous star ratings but my first one was gone. I always had the best experience with TMPC, but my last 2 visit weren’t like previous. There was a staff change spring/summer. In short, I came in for the rapid test on a Friday per my company’s policy but didn’t receive my results for several days because they forgot to load them, so I was very disappointed. However, I met with a member of the management team by happenstance the following visit when I came in to get my receipts correct, and they were very apologetic & helpful. So much so, that to my surprise, when I went to file the expense on my company’s card, the charge was completely removed!!!! This is the stellar team that I grew to appreciate over the previous last year, which is why I was a return customer. Thank you all so much for providing the best customer support and truly taking care of your patients. I know everything isn’t always perfect but you certainly worked hard to make things better, and you did. ☺️🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️”
