“I've been seeing Dr. Bergen since I was 15 (for 23 years) and I haven't had to see a traditional doctor since. Dr. Bergen is always able to quickly find the source of a health issue and then find the solution to treat that source naturally. He can even test the prescription drugs a person takes in order to see if they are helping or hurting the person. Sometimes, the prescription drugs are actually helpful, and sometimes they're hurtful, so a person may need to see their doctor to figure out how to get off of or change their prescription drugs. I have too many stories to share of Dr. Bergen correcting my and my family's health problems (some are quite amazing), but I will share one. My son was about 9 months old and still wasn't hardly able to crawl because every baby formula we could find on the market ended us having chemicals in it--even the organic ones. We know this because Dr. Bergen was able to test each one. Some had other issues too, but they all tested positive for chemicals, which were weakening my son and causing his skin to break out. Dr. Bergen eventually remembered a baby formula recipe from a research company and found it for us. We took the list of ingredients and used it to make our son's formula that night. Within 48 hours, my son was crawling just like any other baby and his skin cleared right up, too. His new patient waiting list is around 3 months, but after the first appt, you can get appts for a week out or sometimes as little as a day out or the same day if you're on the cancellation list. Also, his prices are incredibly cheap, which is a real lifesaver. I can't recommend him enough.”

“I dropped in for a lunch BJJ class while I was in town for work, and I’m so glad I did. For starters, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s a good number of active competitors here too, which always makes the environment a bit more fun imo. The high level of technique amongst the regular members (both juvenile and adults) definitely challenged me to sharpen my own. I really wish I could stick around for more classes!! It’s also a major bonus that the facility itself is STELLAR—plenty of mat space, cleanliness throughout the entire space, a shower, cubbies for personal belongings, etc. Honestly one of my favorite facilities I’ve been to so far (and that’s including international BJJ gyms). I couldn’t recommended this gym enough. You have to give it a try if you’re nearby!!”

“Thankfully, I have been a patient of Wellness Solutions since moving to North Texas in 2018. Sandra Caldwell, MD is a wonderful primary care physician. She listens is supportive and easy to talk to. She has guided me with lab work and to other specialists as needed over the last year and a half. I never leave my appointments with unresolved issues. I had been dealing with back issues since 2016 and after several chiropractic sessions with Dr. Bowden and rehabilitation with Dr. Vincent I felt better than I had since the injury. Not having been to a chiropractor before Dr. Bowden was honest and forthcoming about what I should expect during our sessions. Also, not being a very physically active person, Dr. Vincent was able to modify the exercises to my capabilities which was a big help.
