“From the moment i made the first voice contact with someone at Waterford, I felt like they loved their job. Every step of the way, from phone calls, emails, counseling sessions as well as face to face interactions, that became the norm. This isn't encountered on a daily basis with all the companies we come in contact with and it was quite surprising for me to actually witness the interaction with the staff and clients. The main takeaway is that my son looked forward to his days there. It was his place and he loved the staff as well as developed a bond with his fellow class mates, all of which I could never get that sort of interaction. It changed him. For the better. Today he is a kid that sees a future and knows what to do and what not to do to make that happen. “I wish I could give BOHO, and specifically Holly, 10 stars. After hearing great things about BOHO and following them on social media, I decided to give them a try. The staff was all extremely kind, the spa was beautiful, clean, and super relaxing. Holly performed my Hydrafacial and was extremely knowledgeable and helped me so much with my skin and tweaking my skincare routine. Unfortunately my skin experienced a reaction to a mask and became red and irritated. It was 100% my annoying sensitive skin’s fault but I reached out for tips on calming my skin. Holly came in on her day off to give me a complimentary mini facial and whatever magic she worked made a night and day difference. She helped me troubleshoot what potentially caused my skin to react the way it did and saved the day with her mini facial and light therapy. Over the years I have been to many spas and received all kinds of facials and treatments and I have never experienced this level of professionalism and going above and beyond. She was really careful and my cleaning wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Dr. Sharp is very smart and conservative. He will never recommend something that you don’t need. “My primary doctor referred me here for sleep issues under the impression I had sleep apnea. I was very impressed with this office they called me quickly and got me and appointment quickly as well. Dr. Jain is extremely knowledgeable and a foremost expert in his field. He and his associates have great customer service and it was a very positive experience. He had me take an at home sleep study which was pretty painless over the weekend and that following Monday he went over my results turns out I do have chronic sleep apnea. He immediately educated me on this and got me started on treatment options. Keep up the great work!”

A few months ago when this facility was known as Smart Health, my review would have been very different. The staff at that time (with the exception of a nurse named Amy - she was always so wonderful), were very indifferent with terrible attitudes, and the most unprofessional demeanors and below par customer service I have ever had to endure. As for Dr. Conn, he was and is always very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all funny! He has all the qualities that make him stand out from all the other providers out there. “I have been following with Dr. Jung for the 3 years. As a physician, I did my due diligence and searched for the best possible dentist in the area for my dental implant. First of all, Dr. Jung is one of the few people in the area who is actually board certified in dental implant in the Dallas area, on top he got his training from one of the best dental programs in USA. He is extremely nice, honest, answers all my questions and my implant was fantastic. “I would give Dr. Al-Shareef 💯 stars!! He is very professional. We have been following up with him for one of my family members. He is the only doctor in the area who discovered the problem. We have been following up with so many doctors for no good results as if we are doing nothing. Dr. Al-Shareef knew about the issue through examining each and every part and through the MRI imaging. Now, since we knew about the main issue behind all this pain, the doctor explained the procedures and the solutions. He wanted to go step by step with all the medications before we end up doing the surgery. He is very professional and caring. He was able to give extra time and efforts. He cares about his patient. After my relative went back home, the doctor called him many times to check up on him and his health and the effects of the new medications. We will definitely continue with Dr. Al-Shareef because of many reasons. The main reason is his constant care. The location of the clinic is somehow far away from our home. However, we traveled all the way there just to continue with Dr. Al-Shareef. We are beyond blessed to find you! My father was blaming himself for not finding Dr. Al-Shareef from the beginning.
