“So I was having some problems with my eyes. I got an eye exam and yes I needed glasses. I looked at all the frames that they had at the optometrist business and could not find anything that looked good. Also the fit was horrible. My wife stumbled into Luxe eyewear at the star in Frisco. A gentleman named Arman showed her some different frames specially made for men with larger heads. Yes I have a larger head and to quoate Jimmy Neutron more room for brains. So she took me back to Luxe eyewear and I met Arman. This man was so helpful very kind with an excellent sense of humor. Within a few minutes I had found several frames that fit perfectly and look nice. The store was absolutely amazing everything was clean and well organized. Arman went above and beyond with his hospitality. Long story short I went into buy one pair of glasses And came out with two. Arman gave me a nice discount and my glasses are going to be ready in less than 24 hours. Amazing service I can’t say enough about this place if you need eyewear come and talk to Arman he will take great care of you. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing glasses.”

“Both Dr Gokaraju and Dr Patel-Banker were great. My sincere thanks to Dr. Gokaraju who was very kind and gentle to my 88 years old Dad who was in pain and we could not figure out what was wrong with him. Last year before Christmas my Father experienced lots of pain in his foot, his foot turns purple. the suggestion is to see rheumatologist - which I have no idea what that is. Since it was close to the holiday and not many would take new patient right away - Dr. Gokaraju was the only one that I was able to have the appointment immediately. I was impressed with her gentleness and expertise and after the examination - she indicated that the symptoms perhaps are more serious since she can't find anything that is related to rheumatologist. It was Dr. Gokaraju that insisted that I took my Father to ER immediately- and if it was not for her and Dr. Patel-Banker pushing me to take my Dad to the ER - my Father would not be here today a year later. Eventhough it was not related to rheumatology related - Dr Gokaraju follow-up with a phone call to check to see how is my Father doing. The entire staff and both Dr. Gokaraju and Dr. Patel-Banker were very attentive, caring, and their expertise reflected upon their guidance to their patients.”
