I asked her several questions of which I read from Google reviews, she addressed them honestly. At first, I was skeptical about this complex because of several negative reviews. After spending some time with Josie touring the complex, talking to maintenance staff who are proud of their work, and a resident here, I do not think those negative reviews are accurately justified. The ground is nicely kept. The apartment is spacious, the interior upgrade finishes are pretty with modern touch. I feel comfortable to lease an apartment in a few weeks. “I've been a resident here for almost a year..... I honestly like it here. The neighbors are friendly, you can actually see kids playing outside, the location is great! No place is perfect..... Yes the units may have things that need to be repaired over the course of the lease agreement, but let's be honest, so does everything overtime...... Management isn't the friendliest (my personal opinion based on our interactions) but I also empathize with manager because she is human... She is responsible for everything that takes place on this property. So because of that, I try to be more understanding. In no way am I saying that her attitude is okay, but what I am saying is she's human and deals with a lot, just like everyone else. All of that to say, the property is fine. Not perfect, but safe, clean, quiet, and a good place to call home. I can't say that you will be received with loving arms every time you go in the office, but I can say that maintenance does a great job, and the manager does (in my experience) make sure issues are resolved. Her attitude isn't a factor for me because I dont live in the office... And she does get the job done.”
