“*edit I added a star and I'm updating my review due to the customer service I received from Starbucks corporate office. They reached out to me and apologized for the service I got and also sent me a gift card to come back to Starbucks for a better experience which I'm sure it will be. Our drinks were missing quite a bit of drink. I thought Starbucks may have started giving you less like so many other companies are doing these days. I watched other drinks coming out and about half the frappuccinos I saw go out were like ours about half were actually full. I went up to the counter to ask for a cup of water and waited several minutes to be acknowledged. Pretty much every employee looked at me standing there and not one could bother to acknowledge me. One young lady was just standing around and looked at me at least three times. It was busy and I understand having to wait a minute or so for someone to help but basic customer service dictates that you tell a customer someone will be with them in just a moment, you don't look at them repeatedly and act like they are not there. The included picture was taken before either of us took a drink as you can see this was definitely a shortchange on my drinks.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Everybody here is so amazing. This was our first time boarding the pups here and we will definitely be back. We have 4 very large playful dogs (one of them being very timid) so the fact they were able to handle them took a huge weight off of my shoulders while we were gone. My dogs came back so happy and sleepy from all the playtime. The owners are so lovely and Lisa put up with all of my crazy dog mom texts and check ins. Cannot thank y’all enough for taking care of my babies!”

Coach Tracy was getting ready to start a class and she took the time to speak with me and answer questions. It’s more than a place to workout!! They’re like family💕 a variety of people, ranging in all ages, each of us at different levels in our fitness, everyone willing to encourage you during a workout. Warren and Jennifer are the new owners and have brought a breath of fresh air. They have really brought it to another level. They truly care about the members. It doesn’t matter if I have a good or bad day I look forward to my workout and to seeing my fitness “family” i love the variety of workouts and it’s a BONUS to have the time with different members to smile, laugh or that person to listen when going thru a tough time in life! “I don't regularly write reviews, though I read them a lot, specially before trusting my car to someone I don't know. Its very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to do good work and be honest with the cost. I have been bringing my car to BYOP for several years now and always been very satisfied , not only with the price, but how they explained what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost. I drive a Porsche 924T and I took my car there the first time because the twin owner's cars are high performance cars as well and I figure they would know how to take care of them. Although it took me a while, I no longer have to stay there the whole time watching and making sure they only work on the area of my car that has the issue. I just drop my car and they will call me when is done. And its far less expensive that the Porsche dealership.”
