James Byrd has been my mechanic for about 15 years. He's very honest, knowledgeable, and an excellent ASE Certified mechanic. I appreciate that he doesn't try to sell me anything my truck doesn't need and that he uses only the best parts available. I feel confident in recommending BYRD Automotive to anyone, including my own family and my boss.

I would strongly recommend James for any automotive problems/repairs. He is a very friendly and professional mechanic. He recently fixed two of my parents' cars; they had issues with their breaks and air conditioning. James explained the problem to them and went into detail about what parts he needed to purchase to fix it. In addition, he kept my parents updated on their vehicle when they left their car with him, which made my parents happy. We highly recommend him if you have any car issues and would 100% go back if we have any more car issues in the future.

I had taken it to another shop and paid just under 400$ They didn’t take the time to actually properly diagnose the issue. Which left me sweating again.
