Mike arrived on time and solved several plumbing problems in one visit with what he had on his truck with no attempt at upsells or costly special orders or inconvenient delays - all at a VERY reasonable price. When it proved impossible to do one of the things I'd asked about, he solved the problem by alternate means that worked just as well. After almost 2 years of trial and error, I've found my plumber!!
