Plumbing Matters

This is by far the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with!!! Katie the executive assistant, was so friendly and helpful, she kept us updated as to when we would expect our plumber to arrive. Our plumber David was AMAZING!! Very informative letting us know where the leak was and how much the repair would be. Quick in and out the leak is fixed and now I can relax knowing hot water is no longer leaking in my home. Thank you so much Plumbing Matters! You guys are the best! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!

David Delgado was great!!! He arrived prepared to handle our plumbing issue. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to resolve the backup. David was quick to unclog our drain line and did so with great customer service. He explained everything and made sure we we were happy with the work. We moved into a home we had just purchased and heard what I believed to be water running inside one of the walls. After trying for several days to determine the source of the sound, we called the home warranty company who sent out a plumber. That plumber told us we had a leak (which we knew), that it was in a certain wall (which we also knew), and then said he couldn't repair it because he could not isolate the line that was leaking. However, he did tell us we should shut the water off until the leak was repaired. We recontacted the home warranty company who was unable to provide any other plumber that could respond, and after multiple calls and hours on the phone, basically told us we were on our own.

After five days without water in the house and numerous unsuccessful phone calls to multiple plumbers who all said they were unable to respond due to being so busy, we were referred to Dave Delgado of Plumbing Matters. I called Dave and he was able to respond later that same day after his scheduled jobs. He was able to diagnose and isolate the problem (a leak in a pipe in the foundation) in very short order. He isolated the line and had the water to most of the house restored within an hour.

Dave came back another day and provided a permanent fix to the problem and restored water service to the entire house. The entire time he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and what he was doing as he worked. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his dedication to getting the job done and doing it right. He even took the time to call and deal with the home warranty company in an attempt to have them cover the cost of repair even though he was not a contract service provider to that company.

I can't say enough good things about Dave and Plumbing Matters, and would not hesitate to recommended his services.

David at Plumbing Matters has bee my go-to for several years when my real estate clients have plumbing needs. I find him to be professional, punctual, and priced reasonably.
