“Stayed here with my fiancé for 10 months, it was our first apartment ever and we had best experience with it. They care about the residents, and it’s located in a safe location. The rent were automatically cut in half for 2 months because of the corona virus which was really nice of them. Only had a problem with the dish washer which was replaced within a week. Friendly people. Fair pricing as well. It’s been a few months since I moved out and I missed this apartment! Got my deposit back in the mail since I live in a different state, I’d say about 6 weeks after moved out. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!”

“We have been renting through Soless for a year and a half now. Anytime we have a maintenance issue, they come and fix it in a timely manner. We haven’t had any problems since moving in, that haven’t been resolved. We are treated fairly, and haven’t experienced any negativity from anyone up there. Laura is quick to get back to me, and is quick to answer any questions I have regarding our house or work that needs to be done. We just had a major issue with a leak, and Laura went out of her to work with us on getting us the best care. We are so so grateful for Laura and the whole team at Soless!”
