In my case there was some small measure of hearing loss, but not a loss sufficient as of yet to need hearing aids. The staff was friendly and the exam room was clean and well equipped and at no time was any undue pressure to purchase hearing aids applied - something I appreciated. It a pleasant and enlightening experience.”
