“I rarely rate a hotel this high, but this property is extremely deserving of this five-star-across-the-board-rating. Great location, very good staff, superb service from housekeeping and an overall very good experience. I was in town for eight days. The property is solid! Literally. Freight lines run behind the hotel and you will never once feel or hear the trains. In true Texas fashion, the other guests are polite and respectful and you rarely hear any noise from the corridor or adjoining rooms. Only in Texas will you have a mini friendly argument over who gets to exit the elevator first. The hotel's front end faces the parking garage and it's hilarious how many people go to the roof just to talk or walk around. It's also a destination for car guys to get together and take group photos. There's a Dave & Buster's, gourmet tea cafe and a large brand new theater all within walking distance. You can also drive there if you're too tired. It takes about a minute. I will definitely be back to this property as this is a hotel that is doing everything right and knows the hospitality business!”

“Loved our stay here. - Rooms are clean - Sliding door to toilet area - Shower has no sliding door however has frosted window. If you don't turn the light on in the shower itself (turn hall way light on) you can't see in the shower. Also, shouldn't share a room with someone you don't trust not to look - there are plugs everywhere including night stands. It's on the side of the night stand itself. - it was super quiet - AC was not loud as others have stated. It's a regular noise just as any other hotel I've stayed in - Staff was friendly, no issues with any of them”

He was very polite and kept me informed during the entire process of the diagnosis and repair. There were no surprises along the way or at the end of the repair process, I received quality work and I highly recommend the Euromechanic team. “The accommodations for my long term stay during a home relocation fiasco were exceptional! Compassionate of the predicament, flexible in working with us considering the circumstances, and continuously professional concerned exhibited that any happenstance be addressed efficiently. All public places of business have a responsibility to accommodate service animals. However in truth, few do. This establishment not only graciously accepted the addition of my truly needed and beloved assistant, but her presence was desired not merely tolerated under threat of compliance. An exceptional focus on the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility relieved my concern of such public accomodations amidst the virus concerns. Thanks to the staff.”
