(June 25, 2022, 2:33 pm)Big thicket dog park whit rock lake. Hot hot day. It was memorial for our 5th grade teacher. Her family it was a blessing to meet her family. The affair was catered, excellent food and fellowship. The cabin was clean and cool.

A known gem. Quick retreat from surrounding city life. Big Thicket area is treed, thus shaded and just beautiful at sunset.

(October 6, 2017, 5:17 pm)Beautiful park and lake! It kinda remind me of back home in Milwaukee,WI. Very nice and clean! I don't have a dog but this was by far the best dog park I've ever seen, it has a section where the dogs could swim now that's a dog park!! I love Dallas, this city has so much to offer! From the big parks and big beautiful houses down to the great food!
