I needed a refill for HP Deskjet, and had called to Staples, Inkcity, Costco, and Office Depot. Cartridge World was my solution. They took care of my ink needs and were reasonable on pricing. I had ordered online to Inkfarm, and received a defective cartridge, and they went replacement and it was for a Brothers printer instead of HP, so I was getting very upset. Cartridge World saved my sanity!
Came here to get a printer repaired. They couldn't do it for me, but they went above and beyond, and called around to find a guy that could repair my printer. Will definitely come back here in the future. The service was spot on and the store was very clean and nice environment.
They are super knowledgeable about printers and friendly. I took a really old printer that had issues and they took a look and informed me what my options are. The folks at Best Buy wouldn't be able to do that accurately! Best Buy doesn't specialize in just printers like this place does, plus they would charge you to have their Geek Squad look at it.

They even informed me my printer may give me an error due to an update which can tell the difference between the HP ink and aftermarket cartridges (basically HP is saying they are not liable for problems with non-HP cartridges). They sent me a very detailed email explaining how to get past this, and even came out to my car as I was pulling off to verify I got the information I needed - outstanding service! It turns out I was able to simply dismiss the HP error and did not have to use the instructions provided by Cartridge World, but it was nice to know they provided them.
