“We drove into Kwik Kar to look at getting our A/C recharged, and without any form of paperwork, Bernie said he'd take a look. The process took about 90 minutes, at the end of which, Bernie had repaired the A/C to the best of his ability and identified other potential problems. He instructed us on how to buy and install the damaged parts cheaply and then sent us on our way without being charged.
