“The flowers were vibrant, fresh and arrived on time. The arrangement was packed with big beautiful flowers. The glass cross was even nicer than I anticipated which is always a good thing. McShan’s always does a great job. I was able to actually see the arrangement I ordered, but receiving a photo of the arrangement via email was very nice. I like that feature a lot. It’s nice to be able too see the actual arrangement that was delivered.”

“Today I called first thing in the morning for my cat that was having urinary issues. The receptionist was super calm and seemed to care so that felt amazing! They scheduled me for 10 am, then I got a phone call saying “come now” so I did. I got there around 845 and my cat was seen immediately, which meant a lot to me. Everyone with pets know the stress of them being uncomfortable. Dr. Charles really explained all of the possible scenarios and told me in a way I could understand vs medical talk and confusing. I’ve lived in Dallas for 2 years and I had never met a vet here who I liked, that seemed to actually enjoy animals until today. Angie the nurse was also amazing. Very kind and comforting to the cat, they did everything possible to make him comfortable. I am so thankful I found this clinic and that they were all so helpful and kind to my cat! I will only be going to them for my pets needs from now on. ETA- my cat blocked Sunday and I called Dr. Charles panicking, she told me to come in the next morning so I did. She told me the risks and gave him affordable treatment. They were able to unblock him and sent him home. I’m really amazed by the compassion at this clinic. For once it’s a clinic that doesn’t feel money based. Thanks for doing everything possible for my baby.”

“I think most people have your favorite car wash close to home, and some you may visit while traveling. White Rock Car Bath is my go to for my baby when I’m in my home in Texas. Family owned, friendly staff and has been around for years; add all that to the great service I receive and I’m always happy. They offer several levels of service, so everyone can leave happy too! “Dr. Lozano treated me and my mom for Covid-19. I hate doctors because I have autism, but she put me at ease. Her entire staff is so kind and took the time to explain to me how I was going to be cured. My mom is helping me write this review. We love Dr. Lozano and are SO GRATEFUL she treats the whole person. She is one of the most sincere and ethical doctors who actually listens to her patients and takes the time to explain things, while putting our minds at ease. My son has been seen by a LOT of doctors. I can count on one hand the doctors that actually listen to me, validate my concerns as a mom, and making my son feel at ease at the doctor. Dr. Lozano is one of the few remaining doctors that still takes the time to listen to her patients, asks us what we need, and goes above and beyond to make my son feel welcome. “This is a small shop, but it's very well stocked and the staff are super friendly and customer service oriented. The gentleman that helped me admitted that he was new, but had no problem asking someone more knowledgeable to get the correct answer to my questions. He waited patiently while I selected the fish I wanted. My only teeny tiny complaint is that he did smell like he hadn't showered for a few days, but he offered such excellent customer service, that I'll definitely return. “Keep reading..... don’t let the beginning of this review keep you from coming here. The building this office is located is a bit ragged and the inside of this office isn’t that great looking. A few things could be updated. Although I’ve never been in an interrogation room, from watching movies and documentaries, that’s what the room we were put in reminded me of. In my opinion, Gray isn’t the ideal color for a doctors office. Perhaps change up the color and get better lighting. Update some of the things in there. Going off of what the office looked like, we weren’t sure if we were going to stick with this doctor. Our opinion changed once we met with Dr. Salazar. He’s AMAZING! He took the time to listen and answered all the questions that were asked. He’s got a great personality and made us feel at ease. The front office staff is amazing as well. While we were waiting we could hear how they interacted with each other. They sound like they get along very well, like they’re family. We’re looking forward to our follow up appointment. I think we’ve finally found our family doctor!”
