“Today I called first thing in the morning for my cat that was having urinary issues. The receptionist was super calm and seemed to care so that felt amazing! They scheduled me for 10 am, then I got a phone call saying “come now” so I did. I got there around 845 and my cat was seen immediately, which meant a lot to me. Everyone with pets know the stress of them being uncomfortable. Dr. Charles really explained all of the possible scenarios and told me in a way I could understand vs medical talk and confusing. I’ve lived in Dallas for 2 years and I had never met a vet here who I liked, that seemed to actually enjoy animals until today. Angie the nurse was also amazing. Very kind and comforting to the cat, they did everything possible to make him comfortable. I am so thankful I found this clinic and that they were all so helpful and kind to my cat! I will only be going to them for my pets needs from now on. ETA- my cat blocked Sunday and I called Dr. Charles panicking, she told me to come in the next morning so I did. She told me the risks and gave him affordable treatment. They were able to unblock him and sent him home. I’m really amazed by the compassion at this clinic. For once it’s a clinic that doesn’t feel money based. Thanks for doing everything possible for my baby.”

“My experience with A &B Animal Clinic was a pleasant one. Took my 11 year old cat in for a shave. I could not enter into the business due to covid policies. I had to call when I arrived so they could come take her in. The lady that came to get her was nice. A few hours later they called for me to come pick her up. The price wasn't bad. I will use them again.”
