There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. And I see that lots of complaints on their customer service, and how the furniture price is very expensive without their membership etc… My only reason I gave 5 stars was because of their efforts how they try to keep the places nice and keep clean. And I truly believe that they need to improve on their lack of service. However, I was happy to have a nice furniture showroom in Dallas area that pleases my eyes. ☺️ This place was beautiful, and it felt like seeing an exhibition. 👍🏻”
