“My fiance and our extended families stayed here the weekend of our wedding. We couldn't have been happier. Each staff member at the Cooper was awesome: helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable and cozy. We didn't want to leave. We've traveled extensively and this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a five-star experience.”

“This place is a paradise as far as fitness centers go. It's beautiful, clean, and has an impressive variety of things to do all inside a lovely visual backdrop with lots of windows. Fanciest locker room I've seen in my life. There's too much to list here. Probably better to check them out online. It's also priced accordingly. Be ready for that.”

“Cedars Grill fits with being at the Cooper Aerobics Center as the food is organic, fresh and well prepared. Delicious healthy selections. I eat there every week and love going to lunch there. You don't have to be a member of Cooper to eat at Cedars and enjoy it there. When the weather is nice, they have a nice patio too. Try it out and you will be glad.”

“Would highly recommend for facials and massages. I'm not a fan of the manicure/ pedicure area but that's just my personal preference. It's still very clean and the technicians are certainly good. The sauna and steam room are also super clean.”

“Dedicated intelligent and remarkable teachers, each of whim has a broad, open cultural view of the world. When you leave your child in the care of a school you need full confidence that the social and emotional environment is warm, safe, and well structured. This school provides that. The languages and academic excellence are almost a given. Yes, he reads in three languages. Yes, he understands the historical relevance of ancient civilizations. Yes, he writes code in Scratch. All good private schools do this. But the joy my child shows in the morning heading to school, and the babble of exciting new ideas and conversations with interesting friends when I pick him up- the hugs from the teacher and tears at the end of the school year- these are the stories that show the great values of this school. In spite of the high academic ranking there is a strong focus on the whole child and careful limits on homework quantity. Time for living. Well judged. (Btw- I see a false report or two here. A supposed teacher writes of focus on star tests? There is no Star testing in this school. It’s an IB school. I think it’s a fake review!)”

“I didn't actually go inside Young Israel synagogue of Dallas. I stumbled upon it when I was walking the dogs. It's situated at the corner of Dykes way and Gramercy in a residential area. At first I thought it was just a large rather Bland looking house and then I noticed the parking areas in the back and front. There were 12 cars in the back and 5 in the front and designated disabled parking in the back. I thought it was rather odd to have a synagogue in the middle of a residential area. Perhaps it was grandfathered in.”

“Wish I had pictures but was on Shabbos (Sabbath) so not possible. The new renovations are stunning. Their security is well thought out and implemented professionally. The Rabbi and congregation are so warm and inviting. Catered Kiddush by Simcha! Really? Who does that? Just more amazing.”

“The Dallas Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints has such a wonderful spirit about it. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean with flowers blooming and children and young adults laughing and smiling. Often you will see a new bride and groom glowing with the light of faith in Christ and hope of their future and love for each other. It is a wonderful place to visit and rest.”

“I highly recommend Alcuin School. They have Montessori for lower grades to International Baccalaureate in high school. it is just an excellent combination. I also have to mention the sense of community that is very open and welcoming. My child started here 8 years ago and he has grown to be a focused, socially aware young man, who enjoys going to school. Alcuin School is a big factor in his development.”
