I couldn't find rounded pavers to make a circle around my tree. Customer service was helpful with getting prices that they didn't have posted. The customers were very friendly. One customer told me where I could find above raised beds soil. Another customer was helpful to tell me that the plants I was looking for were four rows down. I ended up getting these plants for 1.78 each.”

“Customer service wise was excellent. Brought in hedge trimmer that just exploded-still under warranty. At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.”
