“I went in this afternoon after work because I had some fraudulent activity on my debit card. When I got there, a not so friendly young woman told me I had to come back to schedule an appointment to be seen since it was 20 till 5:00 pm. I was trying to explain the situation to this women and she was not having it. A wonderful woman named Norma Ochoa told she she’d try to help me out. She exceeded my expectations with getting my account straight and got a new debit card issued to me. She was so kind and helpful. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I was out the door before 5:00 pm. Norma took the time to help out when she could have asked me to come back. She exemplifies customer service!”

Front desk lady took my temperature, confirmed mandatory mask wearing, asked me to sanitize my hands with sanitary gel before entering massage room area. I read a sign inside the room stating “Each room is sanitized after each customer “. Money well spent for a legitimate $60 massage for 40 minutes. I have visited this place in many occasions, every time I return my back and the bottom of my right foot where I have prior injuries, feel healed and restored after a therapy session at SENSE. I highly recommend SENSE”
