I sent quite literally a hundred pounds of laundry out and a few days later it arrived back on my doorstep all nicely folded and tied in bags. The best part is the customer service. The form online is easy and quick and the manager, Sand, sends a confirmation message. It's so easy to to just text back with any questions and their service feels very personal, you are never talking to robots. They were super communicative the entire process and the driver carried everything up and down from my second floor apartment. “I have been coming here since 2011. She has great service, consistent quality, and reasonable prices. So many dry cleaners today don’t actually make the effort to get stains out. Often you get the little tag that says they tried, even though it sure doesn’t look like it. Well she really puts a lot of effort into getting those tough stains out, and not even for an extra charge. I recently moved 20+ minutes away and I still take my suits and shirts here.”

“This Laundromat is actually a very good value. They have pretty decent washing machines(although there are no single-load size small ones. But The washing is a good value, and when you add on the fact that you get as much free Dryer cycles as it takes to dry the clothes that you wash there, - It's the best deal around the "Old East Dallas" area! And I've tried most all of them. I use this place every week. P.S.- the staff are kind and helpful as well. Hope this helps someone!”
