“The guy working the register was pretty fast. I bought like two bottles of water and this shirt with a tuxedo graphic on it. I was busy thinking about how cool this new shirt is when the cashier says, "Sir, that will be 13.49." I didn't even have the time to pull out my wallet, and this guy started telling a joke. It went something like this: "so there were two hunters, Cletus and Bob, and they were hunting deer. So Cletus missed his shot and accidentally shot bob. He was freaking out and called 911. before the operator could even speak, Cletus yelled, "operator, I accidentally shot my friend." The operator, trying to stay calm, said, "Is he dead?" There was a long pause, then a gunshot, then bob said, "now he is." I didn't catch the cashiers name, but the joke was pretty funny. Customer service was ok, the store was ok, the shirt is cool.”

As you know, switching carriers can take a lot of steps and can oftentimes be frustrating, but Khalid and Cristian were so kind, patient, and helpful - especially as I had to bring my baby with me! I could really tell that they care so much about their customers just by their actions and how they went above and beyond to help me with getting each step taken care of during the switch. “The doctors here are great they make me want to bring my son back even after I have to wait 1hr+ with appointment. The front desk told me today they don't have record of my appointment ( I showed confirmation on my phone). This is the 3rd time this has happened. Someone should look into that. I know someone who went away just because they couldn't keep coming to wait every time.”
